Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Plans change, weather turns, seasons shift — we get it. This policy exists so you always know exactly where you stand, whether you need to reschedule, or we do.
If we postpone. Adverse weather or a shortfall in sign-ups? You get a full refund of your contribution, or a free reschedule to the next available date — your choice.
Payments & refunds. Pre-payment is mandatory to confirm every seat. All refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Cancelling ahead of time. The earlier you let us know, the more you get back.

Not covered by this policy
- The ₹30 Lakh Lesson — non-cancellable & non-refundable once registered, given its nominal ₹100 contribution
- Partial attendance or an early departure
- A missed check-in with no prior notice to us
